Welcome to TransG Transgender Dating App, a platform strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. We maintain this age requirement to ensure a safe, respectful, and mature environment for our users. Any user found to be under 18, or providing false age information, will have their account immediately terminated.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior involving minors. This includes profiles, photos, messaging, or any user-generated content referencing or depicting individuals under 18. Violations may result in the immediate removal of content and a permanent ban.

Age Verification & Onboarding

During registration, we take steps to verify that new users meet our age requirement. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Requiring users to confirm they are 18+ at sign-up.
• Utilizing automated checks or prompts to detect possible underage profiles.
• Requesting further identification if an account is flagged as suspicious.

Users who fail or refuse to provide necessary proof of age, if requested, will be denied access to our services.

Compliance with Google Play and International Laws

We strictly adhere to Google Play’s Child Safety Standards , as well as relevant international regulations, including COPPA and GDPR . Our policies and practices aim to safeguard children from sexual abuse, exploitation (CSAE), or any other forms of harm.

Prohibited Content Involving Minors

The following are examples of content or activities that are strictly prohibited:

• Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).
• Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
• Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children, or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
• Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).
• Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).

We will take appropriate action, which may include reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, if we become aware of content with child sexual abuse materials. If you believe a child is in danger of or has been subject to abuse, exploitation, or trafficking, please contact your local law enforcement and contact a child safety organization listed here.

In addition, apps that appeal to children but contain adult themes are not allowed, including but not limited to:

• Apps with excessive violence, blood, and gore.
• Apps that depict or encourage harmful and dangerous activities.

We also don’t allow apps that promote negative body or self-image, including apps that depict, for entertainment purposes, plastic surgery, weight loss, or other cosmetic adjustments to a person's physical appearance.

Preventive Measures

We utilize a dual-layered approach to identify and block inappropriate or illegal content:

• Automated Detection: Our systems employ image recognition and text analysis to flag potentially harmful content, especially anything referencing minors.
• Human Moderation: A dedicated team of trained moderators conducts in-depth manual reviews on flagged content to verify violations.

Violation Handling & Account Actions

Once a violation involving minors is confirmed, we take immediate action to:

1. Remove the infringing content from our platform.
2. Suspend or permanently ban the user account associated with the violation, depending on severity.
3. If the content involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, we report the case to the relevant authorities or NCMEC as appropriate.

Reporting Abuse & Local Law Enforcement

We encourage all users to help maintain a safe space by reporting any suspicious or potentially illegal activities involving minors. You can:

In addition to prohibiting child-related content, we also safeguard user data in accordance with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
