TransG - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TransG. By accessing or using the TransG mobile application, Facebook application, or our website at TransGApp.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service. The Service is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. You must also have a valid email address, a valid Facebook account (if using Facebook sign-in), a valid Google account (if using Google sign-in), or an Apple ID (if using Apple sign-in) to create a TransG account.

By creating a TransG account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do, we’ll notify you by posting the modified Terms on our Site, through the Service, or via other communications. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must cease using the Service.

3. Privacy & Child Safety

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information about you. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We strictly limit membership to adults (18+) and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. For more details on how we address child protection and safety, please see our Child Safety Policy. If you suspect anyone under 18 is using TransG, please contact us at Support@TransGApp.com.

4. Third-Party Services & Logins

4.1 Third-Party Video Call Services:
TransG may integrate or link to third-party services, such as the Tencent Real-Time Communication (TRTC) SDK for audio/video calls. By using these features, you agree to any additional terms and privacy policies provided by these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy practices to understand how they handle your information. TransG does not assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service.

4.2 Third-Party Logins (Google & Apple):
The Service may offer sign-in options via Google (“Sign in with Google”) or Apple (“Sign in with Apple”). By choosing to log in with these providers, you authorize TransG to access certain information from your external account (e.g., name, email address) in accordance with the respective provider’s privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for how these third parties process your data. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of Google and Apple before using these login methods.

5. Content and Content Rights

Definitions: “Content” includes text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship, and any materials posted or made available through the Service. “User Content” means any Content submitted by you or other users to be made available via the Service.

TransG does not claim ownership of your User Content; you retain all rights to your User Content. However, by posting or transmitting User Content through the Service, you grant TransG a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit your User Content as needed to operate or improve the Service. If you wish to terminate this license for future use, you must delete your User Content or close your account.

6. User Conduct & Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must not:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
  • Post content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Solicit personal information from other users, especially minors, or post anyone’s private information.
  • Promote or distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious content.
  • Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use cheats, bots, hacks, or any software intended to disrupt or modify the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or TransG’s servers.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account at TransG’s sole discretion.

7. Disclosure to Protect Abuse Victims

If TransG suspects or receives information indicating potential abuse (e.g., child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence), we reserve the right to disclose any relevant information to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

8. TransG’s Enforcement Rights

We are not obligated to monitor all user activity or Content but reserve the right to do so for compliance with these Terms or to ensure the security and functionality of the Service. We may remove any Content or suspend any account that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed objectionable.

9. In-App Purchases & Subscription

The Service may offer additional products or features for purchase (“in-app purchases”). By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the terms set by your mobile platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play). If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policies of the applicable platform.

10. Player Submissions & Feedback

“Submissions” refer to questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other information you provide about the Service. By sending Submissions, you agree they are non-confidential, and you grant TransG the right to use or disseminate them in any manner, without compensation.

“Feedback” refers to any ideas or suggestions you share for improving the Service. You agree that TransG owns all rights to any Feedback, and may use it without restriction or obligation to you.

11. User Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. TransG may, but is not obligated to, become involved in disputes between users. By using the Service, you release TransG from liability relating to any user disputes.

12. Choice of Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of HK, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in HK under the American Arbitration Association’s commercial arbitration rules on an individual basis (no class actions). You and TransG may also seek equitable relief as needed.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. TransG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. In no event shall TransG’s liability exceed amounts you have paid (if any) to access or use the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TransG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure by TransG to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement of that term or any other term.

16. Termination

TransG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or ability to use the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may terminate your use of the Service by contacting Support@TransGApp.com with the subject line “Termination.”
